Dataset Objective

To assist the World Bank Group (WBG) in gaining a better understanding of how stakeholders in Lao PDR perceive the WBG.

Context

This is the World Bank Group Country Opinion Survey Program conducted in 39 countries. Survey is conducted in a 3-year cycle.

What is included

Dataset contains: general issues facing Lao PDR, overall attitude towards the World Bank, World Bank effectiveness and results, the World Bank’s knowledge, working with the World Bank, specific project/program related issues, the future role of the World Bank in Lao PDR, communication, information sharing and background information.

Collection Methods

Sample survey administered on 296 stakeholders of the WBG in Lao PDR.
