Dataset Objective

To evaluate the performance/effect of the Vocational Training Grant Fund (VTGF) sub activity in Namibia on employment rates and personal income.

Context

MCC’s $295.7 million Namibia Compact (2009-2014) funded the $145 million Education Project, which included the $8.2 million Vocational Training Grant Fund (VTGF) Sub-Activity.

What is included

Data contains the participants' demographic details, applicants' vocational training history, employment status, and earnings and income.

Collection Methods

Data was collected using a sample survey through a computer-assisted telephone interview system.
