MCC’s $295.7 million Namibia Compact (2009-2014) funded the $145 million Education Project, which included the $16.8 million Community Skills Development Center (COSDEC) Sub-Activity.
The data contains respondents' program beneficiaries on education and vocational training, employment and earnings, income and household demographics, and health behaviors.
Data was collected using a computer-assisted survey that was conducted by telephone.
