Dataset Objective

To provide information on the total arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi colonization in fine roots in old-growth forests in Central Amazon.

Context

Data was collected in February 2018 funded by Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), Brazil at the Biological Dynamics of Forest Fragments Project (BDFFP) and the Brazilian government (student scholarship).

What is included

Data contains the proportion of fine root length colonized by different arbuscular mycorrhizal structures (hyphae, arbuscules and vesicles).

Sampling analysis and experimental studies.
