Dataset Objective

To show the soil microbial potential enzyme activities in fertilized plots in the Central Amazon.

Context

Data was collected between 2018-01-01 to 2018-09-30 funded by Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), Brazil at the Biological Dynamics of Forest Fragments Project (BDFFP) and the Brazilian government (student scholarship).

What is included

The dataset contains the potential activities of enzymes (ß-glucosidase, N-acetyl ß-glucosaminidase and phosphomonoesterase) at two different soil depths.

Sampling analysis and experimental studies.
