This survey is the first round of Global Findex indicators, also conducted annually in 140 economies globally.
This dataset consists of the following indicators: use of formal accounts, the frequency of formal account use, mode of formal account use, purposes of formal account use, self-reported reasons for not having a formal account, savings behavior, savings method, sources of borrowing, purposes of borrowing, the use of mobile phones to make payments, and the purchase of health and agriculture insurance.
Sample survey on 1000 individuals. The target group is civilian, non-institutionalized population 15 years and above nationally.
