To display the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer fire alert data and locations in Indonesia.
This dataset is an archive of the FIRMS MODIS active fire data for Indonesia from 1 January 2013 to the present, which is updated daily.
Contains the province names and locations of active fires and hotspots in Indonesia, longitude and latitude coordinates, and other information.
Data was collected using satellite imagery. The real-time active fire locations were processed by the NASA Land and Atmosphere Near Real-Time Capability for EOS (LANCE) using the standard MODIS Fire and Thermal Anomalies product (MOD14/MYD14).
