To provide a database of boreholes in Madagascar.

It was collected as a SADC Hydrogeological Mapping project (SADC, 2010).

Data contains all the available boreholes in Madagascar, locations, functionality, depth, water production, among other attributes.

Data was collected using satellite images and groundwater monitoring. - "Explanatory Brochure for the SADC Hydrogeological Map & Atlas"
