To assess the chemistry and microbiology of shallow wells, boreholes and springs in Kisumu, Kenya.
73 groundwater sources were tested between February and March 2014. Data were collected as part of the Groundwater 2030 project that aims to reduce the health problems that result from the consumption of contaminated groundwater in urban areas of Africa.
This dataset contains wellcode, area, free residual chlorine, turbidity, nitrate, chloride, sulphate, fluoride, phosphate and thermatolerant coliform concentrations in groundwater.
