Dataset Objective

To map out all boundaries of indigenous territories in Costa Rica as per 2008.

What is included

The dataset contains 24 legally-recognized and titled indigenous territories, their names, village names, legal representation, area cover in hectares, among other attributes.

Collection Methods

This dataset was obtained from the Universidad de Costa Rica, la Universidad Nacional, and el Instituto Tecnológico.
