interviews of firms in the manufucturing sector, constraints to the private sector, business environment, including firm characteristics, gender participation, access to finance, annual sales, cost of inputs and sales, capacity utilization, land permits, taxation, etc.
Surveys based on stratification of regions into five regions Tirane, Durres, Elbasan, Fier, and Vlora and rolled according to industry strata based on enterprise sizes-small (5-19 employees), medium (20-99 employees) and large (more than 99 employees).
