To provide daily climate projections on single levels.
Data covers 1850 to 2300 and shorter period for some experiments.
CMIP5 data consist of: 10m wind speed, 2m temperature, maximum 2m temperature in the last 24 hours, mean precipitation flux, mean sea level pressure, minimum 2m temperature in the last 24 hours, near-surface specific humidity, snowfall, daily near-surface relative humidity and surface solar radiation downwards.
Data is from a large number of experiments, models, members and time periods computed in the framework of the fifth phase of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project (CMIP5).
