To gather information on agriculture production and related indicators in rural agricultural households.
This study was conducted by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), assisted by the Innovative Development Strategies (IDS). Research funds were provided by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
This dataset contains information on agricultural production (including inputs and outputs of crop and livestock production), agricultural water use, farm and household assets, access to extension services, climate change, credit, employment and income, household consumption and expenditures, and the linkage between pesticides and health.
Data was collected using an agricultural households sample survey administered using questionnaires.
