Dataset
To collect data on the adoption and intensity of soil and water conservation technologies in the Kongwa and Kiteto districts of Tanzania.
This dataset was produced by the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA). Other contributors were the Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI) and CGIAR Research Program on Policies, Institutions, and Markets (PIM). The funder was the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Data was distributed by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).
This dataset contains the household information on demographic composition (gender, marital status, age, etc.), socioeconomics (crop income, household income, value of production and food security) and farm characteristics.
Data was collected using a sample households survey administered by the structured questionnaires.
