Dataset Objective

To show the number and characteristics of small reservoirs found in Upper-East Ghana.

Context

These data were collected as part of the IFAD LACOSREP I (1992-1997) and LACOSREP II (2000-2006) projects on small reservoirs characterization.

What is included

Data contains the dams' locations, names, project number, storage, length, crop production, dam heights, canal lengths, crops grown, irrigated areas, and other attributes.

Collection Methods

Data was collected using satellite imageries.
