This dataset covers the following crop categories :crops primary, fibre crops primary, cereals, coarse grain, citrus fruit, fruit, jute jute-like fibres, oilcakes equivalent, oil crops primary, pulses, roots and tubers, treenuts and vegetables and melons. Area harvested, production quantity and yield is provided for each crop. Cereal crops excluded are: harvested for hay, harvested green for food, feed, silage and used for grazing.
Sample surveys and administrative records are the primary data source.
