Survey covers the period 11/2014 - 01/2015. This is the baseline of India HealthRise Health Facility Survey.
Survey covered the following topics: health care facility capacity, equipment availability, pharmaceutical and supply stocks, staffing and services provided.
Surveys carried out are: cross-sectional, discharge, health facility, individual, inpatient, interview and outpatient. A total of 48 health care facilities were surveyed. Data were collected through computer-assisted personal interviews (CAPI).
