Survey covers the period 08/2018 - 09/2019. This is the endline of India HealthRise Health Facility Survey.
Survey covers the following scope: health facility capacity, equipment availability, pharmaceutical and supply stocks, staffing and services provided. Patient exit interview entails the health conditions and health care services received from the facility.
Surveys carried out are: cross-sectional, discharge, health facility, individual, inpatient, interview and outpatient. A total of 30 health care facilities were surveyed. Data were collected through computer-assisted personal interviews (CAPI).
