Dataset Objective

To monitor SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater.

Context

Wastewater surveillance started on May 6, 2020, and is currently ongoing with biweekly monitoring. SARS-CoV-2 genes were detected using qPCR with data reported in CT value. The interactive map provides color-coded dots for the latest results of the presence, in red, or absence, in green, of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in wastewater.

What is included

Dataset contains: wastewater treatment plants, samples tested, rivers and monitoring data on the N1 gene target.
