This was an endline survey.
Data contains information on th general characteristics of the EA/kebele (population, livelihood, season of food shortage), infrastructure (access to the main road, electricity, access to clean water), distance from the nearest major town, type of transportation used to reach the town, access to the nearest market, migration patterns, social and food assistance, natural disaster occurred in the area during the last year, availability and access to health and education facilities (health post, government hospital, private clinic, junior and high school, college).
Data was collected through a sample survey administered to 75 community leaders from the selected enumeration areas. The unit of analysis was community leaders.
