Dataset Objective

This dataset was collected to inform strategies to increase climate change resilience among women and men in Bangladesh.

Context

This dataset was collected by the Data and Technical Analysis (DATA) and produced by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), the Center for Development Research (University of Bonn) (ZEF) and Data Analysis and Technical Assistance (DATA). The survey was conducted as round 1.

What is included

Data contains information on the household demographic characteristics, social capital, land tenure, crop and livestock management, input use, extension, the incidence of climatic shocks in the last five years and adaptation options.

Collection Methods

Data was collected using a sample households survey. The unit of analysis was farming household and community.
