The dataset was gathered from a survey conducted using a google form with 25 questions anonymously and 620 responses were received.
Dataset contains timestamp, country, diagnosed With COVID Positive, household diagnosed With COVID Positive, taken any VACCINE for COVID-19, type of area you live in, occupation, age, body weight, gender, accomodation type, wear face mask, cover your mouth while talking, frequently go outside, use hand sanitize, wash your hands, dine outside during pandemic, maintain social distance when you go outside, use public transport and family visits.
