Dataset Objective

To collect population census of Cameroon to be used by researchers and decision-makers for policy-making.

Context

This is the third census to be conducted in Cameroon.

What is included

Indicators included are: cooking energy source, drinking water, waste water disposal, demographic, education, nativity and birthplace, dwelling characteristics, disability, health conditions, geography, migration, household economics, fertility and mortality, occupation and utilities.

Collection Methods

Data is collected through a national population and household census on all persons at Cameroon including visitors during the census period.
