To collect information on the socio-demographic and health indicators used for country planning.
This was conducted as the third round of the Demographic and Health Survey.
Data contains information on individuals demographic components ( sex, age, education level etc.), sources of drinking water, toilet facilities used, adult mortality, breastfeeding, reproductive health, among other indicators.
Data was collected using households sample surveys.
