Dataset Objective

The objective of the Rwanda Threshold Program is to improve performance on the Political Rights, Civil Liberties, and Voice & Accountability indicators.

Context

This data was collected as a baseline and follow-up survey as part of the Rwanda Threshold Program (RTP) to help the Government of Rwanda improve its performance on the MCC Political Rights, Civil Liberties, and Voice and Accountability eligibility indicators.

What is included

Data contains baselines and follow-up results on civic participation, media transparency, and freedom, rule of law, and issues of Inspectorate services.

Collection Methods

The dataset was collected using the national representative sample survey administered using questionnaires.
