To evaluate the performance of MCC's Regional Study and Resource Center (RSRC) Activity in Namibia concerning its relevance, effectiveness, and sustainability.
The RSRC Activity built three regional libraries and provided technical assistance and training based on the theory that expanded community access to information, training resources, and study facilities would improve educational and professional outcomes.
Data contains the qualitative and quantitative responses from the critical stakeholders of the Regional Study and Resource Center (RSRC) activity on whether the program was implemented according to plan, What types of resources and programming are RSRCs providing, Who uses the RSRCs, and what do they do, sustainability of the RSRCs, influences of the Regional Study and Resource Center (RSRC) activity and its outcomes.
Data was collected through key informant interviews using a pre-interview questionnaire and a semi-structured interview.
