To show the water and sanitation coverage in the eight selected provinces (Battambang, Kampong Cham, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Speu, Pailin, Pursat, Takeo, and Tboung Khmum) in Cambodia.
This data was collected to address the lack of data on toilet coverage used for decision-making and strategies.
The dataset contains the village names, with water filter and latrine coverage for 2015 in the eight selected provinces. The data also includes the respective village locations, areas chiefs, village codes, latitudes, and longitudes coordinates, commune clerk name, chief village contacts, number of households using own latrines, assigned households numbers, village clerk contacts, number of households using water filters, latrine coverage and filter coverage.
The data was collected using a sample survey from 5,801 villages in 527 communes within the eight selected provinces.
