The data provides country snapshots
A World bank database on Private Participation in Infrastructure projects developed. The database provides critical data and analysis for government, policy-makers, consumer representatives, the donor community, stakeholders, and contributes to public debate on private provision of infrastructure. including project location, private sponsors, private debt providers and development bank support. Apart from water and sewerage infrastructure, the database covers projects in energy, transport, ICT, Municipal Solid Waste, etc.
The database has information on more than 6400 infrastructure projects dating from 1984 to 2020 and designed to be updated with the previous year’s information six months after year-end with data on over 50 fields per project record.
