Dataset consists of: water coverage, drinking water quality, hours of water supply, non-revenue water reduction, metering ratio, staff productivity, revenue collection efficiency, operations and management cost coverage, personnel expenditure as a percentage of operations and management costs, individual ranking of the 86 publicly-owned utilities based on the scoring regime comprising of: quality of service, economic efficiency and operational sustainability, overall top ten and bottom ten water utilities and performance over time of publicly-owned utilities.
