To show human resources capacity gaps for achieving full service coverage in the field of water and sanitation.
Data on supply of trained WASH human resources categorized as: oversupply, shortage and no data on trained workers. Negative values indicate oversupply of trained workers. Dataset contains: HR gaps in the sanitation sector for achieving MDGs in the sanitation sector in the Watsan technical field, HR gaps in the sanitation sector for achieving MDGs in the sanitation sector in Management and finance, HR gaps in the sanitation sector for achieving full service coverage in the sanitation sector in the Watsan technical field and HR gaps in the sanitation sector for achieving full service coverage in the sanitation sector in Management and finance.
