To assess the drinking water, sanitation, hygiene and housing condition in India.
This study was conducted as the 69th round of the National Sample Survey.
This dataset contains the household characteristics (household size, gender and age of the head of the household, the highest level of education, principal industry and occupation, religion, etc), living facilities, such as the principal source of drinking water, the sufficiency of drinking water from the principal source, facility of the bathroom, access to the bathroom, access to a latrine, type of latrine among others, dwellings, microenvironment conditions among other variables.
Data was collected using a sample household survey.
