A platform for sharing global water point data
The core attributes included in the standard are already being collected by governments, researchers, and organizations around the world. WPdx maintains two datasets: WPdx-Basic and WPdx+. Both are fully free and open to explore and download.
Data contains water source, water source category, water point facility type, latitude, longitude, water technology, country name, water status, fecal coliform presence , water management, water quality, fecal coliform value, water status, and country id.
Data collected by various stakeholders including the government and NGOs are uploaded in the system and analyzed by advanced analytics.
