To assess the number of water failures received and corrected at Istanbul call center in Turkey.
The data records how many water system faults (leaks, pipe breaks, service disruptions, etc.) were reported in each locality and how many of those were resolved, giving a view of service reliability, response performance, and infrastructure maintenance at fine spatial resolution within the city.
Data entails year, district, neighborhood, incoming fault, and answered fault
