To show the quantity of potable water required for temporary settlements in Sulawesi.
Map is a depiction of estimated potable water requirements in Indonesia. Quantity of water is calculated using the Sphere Minimum standards of average water use for drinking, cooking and personal hygiene in any household is at least 15 litres per person per day
Dataset contains: Litres of water per person per day, settlements, borders, built-up areas, transport, roads i.e. motorway, primary, trunk, secondary and tertiary, towns, streams, rivers and physical elevation.
Survey, satellite imagery and monitoring based on : ITOS, OpenStreetMap, The AHA Centre, OCHA and Sphere. Quantity of water is calculated using the Sphere Minimum standards of average water use for drinking, cooking and personal hygiene in any household is at least 15 litres per person per day.
