The data set consists of two vector polygon layers:population estimates for subnational administrative units and the municipality level or equivalent.
This dataset contains country code, country name, population counts 1990, population counts 2000, country percent change, administrative units mean percent change, area of administative unit(s), population density 1990, population density 2000, number of units and spatial resolution.
