To provide rainfall estimates in real time to assist in drought early warning and environmental monitoring.

Context

What is included

Dataset contains atmospheric precipitation, rainfall maps for areas where data is sparse, gridded rainfall time series and Cold Cloud Duration (CCD) rainfall estimates.

Collection Methods

Data is collected through in-house climatology, CHPclim, high resolution satellite imagery and in-situ station data.
