To provide data on the rainfall intensity between 1990 and 2017 in Gountiyena basin, Niamey.

Data covers the period 1990-2017

What is included

Dataset consists of: annual rainfall maxima series of different time durations from 5 minutes to 24 hours, intensity duration frequency curves and the the peak discharge estimations for the basin of interest.

Collection Methods

Meteorological weather station observations obtained from two weather stations. Data is obtained from AMMA CATCH database for the two stations NY_IRI and NY_ORSTOM.
