Data covers the period 1927-2016.
Dataset contains: name of the lake, location, country, area in square kilometers, water level, water temperature at the station and ice thickness, regulated Global Terrestrial Network (GTN) lakes and unregulated Global Terrestrial Network natural lakes.
Satellite imagery, in-situ weather station observations and monitoring.
