Dataset Objective

To assess factors that affect the implementation of sanitation and hygiene practices in primary schools in Masaka district, Uganda.

Context

Focus Group Discussion guide was used for all categories of respondents.

What is included

Dataset entails availability of hand washing station, number of hand washing stations, location of hand washing station, availability of soap at hand washing station, availability of water at hand washing station, volume of water, type of water and cleanliness of the toilet/latrine.

Collection Methods

Sample surveys - The study used predominantly observation guide and questionnaire for all respondents and interview guide for teachers and support staffs, as per the study variables.
