This dataset is part of the Global SDG Indicator database compiled through the UN System in preparation for the Secretary-General's annual report on progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals.
This dataset contains the sustainable development goal code, goal label, description, target code, target description, global locations, geographic area name and code, parent geographic area name, geographic area type, earliest and latest years, available years, and the total amount of wastewater in Million of cubic meters per annum generated for different regions.
Data was collected through waste monitoring, records from governments and supplemented by satellite images.
