To examine the extent and determinants of farmer participation in the collective maintenance of the Doho Rice Scheme in Uganda and compliance in paying mandated irrigation fees.
This study was carried out at the Doho Rice Scheme in Tororo District by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).
This dataset entails the household's composition, individual demographic characteristics (sex, age, religion, tribe and education level), farmers' associations, rice production and willingness to pay irrigation fees.
Data was collected through a household sample survey.
