To test the groundwater quality with Escherichia coli contamination.
Data was collected between July and August 2016.
This dataset contains the Escherichia coli most probable number (mpn) and colony-forming unit (CFU) per 100 ml of groundwater, field ID, sample ID, and the longitude and latitudes coordinates for the ten sampled groundwater locations in South Africa and Botswana.
Data was collected using groundwater sample analysis/laboratory analysis.
