Dataset Objective

To show the total Coliform in the groundwater.

Context

Data was collected between July and August 2016.

What is included

This dataset contains the Escherichia coli Most Probable Number (mpn) and colony-forming unit (cfu) per 100ml of groundwater, field id, sample id and the longitude and latitudes coordinates for the ten sampled groundwater locations in South Africa and Botswana.

Collection Methods

Data was collected using groundwater sample analysis.
