To show the water quality in Kwale County, Kenya.
This study was conducted in Kwale County, Kenya, from 2015 to 2017 by the University of Oxford and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya as part of the Gro for GooD project funded by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) and data deposited by the University of Oxford.
Data contains results for microbial risk parameters, including Escherichia coli, thermotolerant coliforms (TTCs) and tryptophan-like fluorescence (TLF), along with pH, conductivity, water temperature and turbidity collected from 101 study sites/locations.
Data was collected using sample water laboratory analysis/ testing.
