Dataset Objective

To show the groundwater arsenic concentration in the clay-dominated site in Cambodia.

Context

The study was carried out in May 2019, funded by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) and data was deposited by the University of Manchester.

What is included

Data contains the raw readings from sequencing the V4 hyper-variable region of the 16S rRNA gene on an Illumina MiSeq platform collected from 8 sample boreholes.

Collection Methods

Data was collected through sample water quality testing and analysis.
