This dataset contains sample date, concentration of E. Coli, 9 day cumulative precipitation (30km), monthly average precipitation (30km), 9 day average temperature (30km), mean population density within 500m radius of sample location, reported livestock (sheep, cows, chickens, ducks, pigs) , climate-driven water balance model (WBM) combined with river discharge observations, model taking into account urban centers of more than 50,000 people , artificial coverage within 500m radius of sample locations, cropland coverage within 2km radius of sample locations, and forest coverage within 500m radius of sample locations.
