Dataset Objective

To assess the water quality of three study sites of Nakhu Khola, Nepal.

Context

The three study sites consists of: Nakhu, Nakhu-Bhaisipati and Nakhu-Saibu.

What is included

Data contains the following water quality parameters: pH, electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen, biological oxygen demand, total dissolved solid, nitrate, ammonia, total hardness and magnesium. All water samples are within the desired limit given by national drinking water quality standard, 2062.

Collection Methods

Water quality tests and laboratory analysis undertaken by the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Nepal.
