Dataset
To estimate the cost-effectiveness of HPV vaccination in 195 countries.
The dataset contains predictions of the incremental cost-effectiveness ratios (ICERs) for the HPV vaccine in 195 countries. Predictions are based on meta-regression estimates of ICERs on three sets of independent variables (true variation measured by country characteristics, intervention characteristics, and bias variables).
Dataset consists of: geographical region, burden discount rate, cost discount rate, coverage, screen comparator, access to health care services, sex and gross domestic product per capita category.
Data is predicted using a logistic regression model and is reported by incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER). Data used to produce the estimates came from 638 ICERs reported in 76 studies from the Tufts University’s Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) Registry.
