The data was collected to develop operational modalities for the community-driven delivery of a conditional cash transfer program through a social fund operation and to test the effectiveness of the community-based conditional cash transfer model and ensure that lessons from the pilot inform government policy on support for vulnerable families.
Data was collected in 3 rounds as Baseline, Midline, and Endline surveys. Round 1 (January - May 2009), Round 2 (July - September 2011) and Round 3 (August - October 2012).
Data contains the households, community, elderly and children characteristics. These include households assets, education status, health conditions, consumption expenditure, home production, cash transfers and shocks, the ability of the elderly to perform basic chores, school enrollment, school attendance and grade level, activities/duties, child assets, health clinic characteristics, health clinic staff, school characteristics, school staffing, community governance indicators among others.
This dataset was collected through a sample survey .
