Data entails the content of liquid water in surface soil layer of 2 to 5 cm depth expressed as the percentage of total saturation and liquid water in surface soil layer of 2 to 5 cm depth expressed as m3 water per m3 soil.
Data is obtained from a large set of satellite sensors.
